July non critical updates

This is a feature issue, so we can link all the changes related to the July updates to it.

There isn't anything critical as far as I could see, just changes to OC and Lilu kext (and most of acidanthera kexts that we use) in preparation to macOS 12.

The goal is to make small changes incrementally, in sync with OC releases, so we don't need to go through a huge upgrade when migrating to macOS 12.

Working in progress, I'm testing this a little bit before pushing the changes to the repository.

It's done, I've pushed my changes related to this upgrade. It seems stable and I haven't noticed any issue so far, but then, I don't have any external device or monitor, so it's fair to say that I've tested only the very basic.
