what it does? it only creates Recurring profile in merchan's Paypal account? What is next step after it? How to i handle Response on PHP and Mysql side?

How to update statys in PHP that user has Paid for one month? and if billing cyle is 1 month and if payment failed how to update status in database that payment is failed?
