Add the media key fix and the key list to the README and rearrange the content a little bit #105

Hi! Thank you so much for making this tool! I was afraid I that I had to boot to Windows just to configure my recently bought macropad. But no! There is open source software for basically everything.

And to contribute back to this effort, I'm adding content I'd like to see in the README file and rearranging content to make the structure make more sense.

I hope you approve these changes and thank you again for making this!
