Not working on Ubuntu 13.04 #4

Running from cli this is what i'm getting in return...

Any ideas as to how to fix?

This looks exactly like issue #3, which was fixed in the newest version 5 days ago. Do you run this latest version?

That is using the latest version, yes. And cannot get it to run on 13.04.
