CDN for speak.js #20

I was thinking of using github pages (a la http://code.lancepollard.com/github-as-a-cdn/ ) to serve up speak.js. I thought maybe you would consider doing this instead (I don't know why, in case it let's you see cooler stats)?

Found http://cachedcommons.org/ and added speak.js to the issue list. Maybe that's the better solution? @nathanhammond points out that maybe serving up from github is not being fair to them due to potentially high bandwidth usage...
