Add music feature

Add a music function for users to listen to music in the voice channel

Recommendations

Use Spotify API as google strictly prohibited the use of YouTube in any discord bot
The syntax to call this function will be $play <song_name>
Add search song feature
Add feature like play, stop, pause, skip, skip to, etc
