Hi, The project has no update since 2013, there are aslo 2 pull requests and some issues.

Is it working ?

I am using the one from @pschorf (#18) because this one doesn't work (at least in ubuntu 15.04)

Spotify changed their API, so the current version is deprecated and the search feature doesn't work. Get the code from one of the pull requests and you'll be able to search and play songs through emacs. It's a pretty simple change.
