Windows install of fortran with TDM-GCC (thanks to Fatiando's doc)

Cool. As soon as I regain control of the pypi account I'll also publish a new version.

I'll probably work & do some more tests in the coming days... stay tuned.

btw;: installing pyfftw on windows is also "quite" easy (tdm-gcc + fftw DLLs copied locally)...

Hmm...if I find some time I might update this to use the latest mtspec version...lets see.
