Support iTerm2 Mac #151

Could you trigger an iTerm2 o iTerm3..... Change default console in Mac

Hello, I have uploaded a Pull request (#194) where I implemented Hyper (#139) and iTerm (#151) compatability. It also would fix any compiling issues if you had any. Feel free to comment on the Pull request any issues you have with it.
