Next button - some elements appearing over the buttons #71

Need to use z-index so the button always appears over the tools. Some examples are below..

@eniokuwobi can you test the link below. You shouldn't be able to drag the card over the navigation buttons (its for DR2 in catalogue library)

Just tested DR2 on my phone and fix looks good!

thanks @eniokuwobi 👍 i have updated this in the library for the drag n drops for the future when we use the tool.

@sher-singh in catalogue p number - question id oA3..the + signs still appear over the navigation button, can you have a look?
