Adding Button (Scroll top) ⬆️ #343

Description

Functionality:

Clicking the button triggers a smooth scroll animation that takes the user back to the top of the page. This can be implemented using JavaScript and CSS for the smooth scrolling effect.

Use Case

Scenario:

A user is reading through a lengthy blog post on a website. After scrolling down several sections, they decide they want to revisit the navigation menu or start reading another post. Instead of manually scrolling back up, they can click the "Scroll to Top" button.

Hi @krishnaacharyaa , I would like to take on this issue .

Proposed solution : Add a scroll to top button (which is visible only after certain length has been crossed). On clicking the button it will take the user to the top of the page. I will make the desired changes by adding proper react component with styling corresponding to the theme.

ETA : 1-2 days

Hi @Dhevamuthu ,No. @Ashu0216 kindly complete the existing one And closing as this is not currently required just for the sake of GSSoC, if any wants to actually take, then lets take for gssoc, i'm not approving this
