Would it be possible to add support for the modified version of k9 called 
"k9forPure"?

K9 for Pure is a modified K9, currently based on v4.1. If the developer didn't 
change any of the existing functionality, then it might even work out of the 
box. Unfortunately, it does not get recognized by Droid Notify yet ("Package 
Not Found" when trying to select K9 in Notification Preferences).

Adding support for it would be great, as I need to use this version to be able 
to get emails in Pure Widgets but badly miss notifications for mails from Droid 
Notify.

I have this working except for the Delete Email button. This version of K-9 
updated a few things which made it a bit more complicated than reusing the 
current K-9 code. As far as I can tell, this should be ready for the next 
release.
