Please add popup flashing/blinking #184

I will be nice to add to the greate tool some popup/screen flashing or 
blinking. It woold be nice to add option that flashing will be only in silent 
mode or always.

I will nice to choose some color from and to - i.e. white/red or fade from 
black to white - it should generate contrast flashing. I will be nice too use 
it on meeting or in office to reduce noice.

Flashing the screen is outside of the scope of this project.

As you wish maybe notifier should not flash, vibrate, and make noise but if ti 
possible than it will be notifier :)???
