Add a "Later" option to SMS notification

This "Later" option will enable us to close the notification but with the SMS 
remained as Unread.  I want to continue to use the "Close" option to close and 
mark SMS as Read.

This option serves as a reminder for us to go back to the message at a later 
time.

This will be basically a "Reminder/Reschedule/Snooze" feature which is 
currently under development. Thanks for the feedback :)

A "Reschedule" button has been added in Version 2.10. This is part 1 of the 
"reschedule" features that will be added.
