Calendar notification on for reminder events. #72

Have a user preference to only display Calendar notifications for calendar 
events that have reminders attached and not ALL events.

I set reminders to all calendar entries that I want to be notified. Please make 
an option to just push reminders for this entries, not for all entries of a 
calendar. Thank you.

This will be part of the next release, Version 3.13 of the application.
