What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Miss a call

Missed call notifications are not working.

What version of the product are you using?
2.16

On what operating system?
Android 2.3.7 
Cyanogenmod 7.1
Samsung Vibrant

Please upgrade the app to Version 2.20 and let me know if it works.
