After alarm rings, the owner message on the contact screen is cleared #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set the owner info in the contact app
2.set an alarm
3.lock the phone 
4. the owner info text is displayed on the lock screen
5. wait till the alarm goes off. snooze it or dismiss it.
6. After the alarm is dismissed, the owner info text is no longer on the lock 
screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- owner info displayed on the lock screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 2.2 on android Gingerbread 2.3.3 Droid 2
