H_COLYAW Parameter Missing from Parameters List #634

H_COLYAW is a TradHeli parameter which existed in Trunk for some time, and 
showed up in MP.

About 2 weeks ago, something changed, I don't know what, and it stopped showing 
up in the parameters list.

Tridge has confirmed that this is not a problem with the AC code, but must be 
in MP, as the H_COLYAW param does exist in the Mavlink data.
