can not use the latest mission planner to download mega for APM1

When I click on firmware ,then the four rotorcraft, it appears on the screen 
that:
failed to download new firmware:System.Net.WebException
System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
ArdupilotMega,GCSViews.Firmware.update(software temp)
C:\Users\hog\Documents\Visual Studio 
2010\Projects\ArdupilotMega\ArdupiloMega\GCSViews\Firmware.cs:line 360
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version of mission planner32-1.1.96 with Windows7 system.

are you behind a proxy? there apears to be internet problems
