APM update routine aborts #781

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the latest version of Mission Planner(1.2.13 or 1.2.12)
2. Run it
3. It will detect that an update is available. The update will abort with 
completing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The update will start, but the update will abort and hang up. Update freezes 
when downloading "ArduCopter-hil.exe", "Update failed operation has timed out" 
dialog box comes up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner(1.2.13 and 1.2.12 tried so far)
64 bit version

Please provide any additional information below.
Is the file locked on the update server?

this is a virus scanner/firewall issue
