APM Planner screen issues #928

When used on a netbook with 1024 x 600 res screen

Planner version 1.2.58

No scroll bar on the install firmware screen- right part of screen clipped
No tricopter image for frame, do we select X?
No scroll bar on initial software screen - basic pids most of throttle settings 
missing from view

Still got these issues and now the initial setup screen loses part of the 
images as there is no scroll bar see
