Support for german umlauts #615

Hey Fuse.js! I love your search however I recently noticed that German Umlauts (ä, ö, ü and ß) are not supported and yield no search-result. I tried to find a option to maybe configure the German language or something like that.

Maybe you can think about including these letters or make them addable by config?

Option A: Allow adding 'searchable special-characters' by config.
Option B: Allow config of languages (might be an issue in other languages too)
