2 years ago That is true. I'm going to update the bot to 120 days. Also, apologies for being slow to respond. Admittedly, it's a bit difficult with other commitments in life (e.g a full-time job) and weakness in sponsorship for this library, but will try my best to speed up resolutions.

The bot that manages issues on this project is wildly aggressive. It doesn't even give issues a month before marking them stale, and closes them shortly thereafter. This is causing a large number of issues and bugs to be closed, and thus hidden from view unless you examine closed issues and bugs. This is hiding the true state of this project, where many bugs seem to exist and are going unaddressed.
This project also seems to need additional owners, as the original owner no longer seems to respond to most opened issues or bugs. This is a primary reason why bugs get no activity in a month or so. Which is far too short a time for a bot to be going around closing them...maybe 6 months to a year and a bot should close stale issues, and issues shouldn't be marked stale in just a month if the owner of the project is not going to be around to reply to the issues people open in the first place.
