Push new docker image to dockerhub #116

Hi,

The latest image at dockerhub is from around a year, could it be possible to push a new one with the latest code ?

With PR #118 I was able to test the master branch and the latest released version 1.7.40 against all major node versions up to 12.x and it seems to work fine. If that version could cause issues you can use that PR to easily test different newer versions as version 8 is EOL since Jan 1 2020.
