gtt sync, two projects, two issues with the same id, time adds up in one issue only #153

Hi all I use gtt to track my time, not sure if other users encountered this behavior as well? If so, you may want to cherry-pick from my branch 7e23905282c785460938729ce0b879c8f665cfc7

I needed to do a couple of hacks in gtt, so not 100% sure if this issue applies to the main branch. Also, you may run into merge problems.
