Add multiple tick options for each of the phonetic interpretations of English CH in the mode for general use.

CH as palatal plosive (k)
CH as voiceless postalveolar fricative (sh)
CH as ach-laut
…?

Establish a priority order and assign to ch, ch', ch'', ch''', ch'''', ch''''' ad nauseam.

Capture SCH and render as SK, either by default or expressly.

CHR seems to be pronounced KR in most cases, like the spelling of your name.

Oh, and the forth, most common CH is the affricate /tʃ/, that's what's missing from your bullet list there. That one should be the default.

I don't think that we can set up conditions for CH as a fricative or ach-laut, but there are a small number of cases where we can get the CH pronounced /k/ at least.
