Address transcription of EE in English / general use #51

SEE should be:

silme;short-carrier:e;short-carrier:e

LEE should be

lambe;short-carrier:e;short-carrier:e

Currently, the transcriber confuses the final e for silent, but generally should not have trouble recognizing double-e as special.
