Investigate proper transcription of "nj" #53

There are not many cases for this pattern in English or Elvish in the mode for General Use, but there certainly should be a pre-nasal tilde over either anca or anga. It’s currently anca, but to be consistent with the treatment of "j", probably should be anga.
