initialize early layers from pretrained, overfitting model

We can now initialize from an overfitted model (was closed by #117).

Example config Associated run

Not sure if it entirely closes this issue though, because it,

• Assumes the same architecture as the overfitted model.
• Initializes all layers, not just the initial ones
