Most of the time when comparing experiment vs control, it is simpler to update the
names once than throughout the report.R file.
This still has issues when running many experiments together (it kinda assumes a single experiment vs control setup). I'd like to work with @krisselden on an updated R script to do this all driven from the input config data...
