a few outliers in fixation_congruent #30

Most are under 5400; two remaining trials, one at 5700, second at 9216. Second of these is far enough outside of range I wonder if it's an error. Remove it?

Should be removed if they are above maximum possible durations (i.e. longer than the trial length less the 4000ms before the actor turned her read).
