Support khttp_parse features in khttp_fcgi_parse #49

I've begun a fastcgi project, but it appears that some features of khttp_parse, such as pages and validator keys, aren't supported in khttp_fcgi_parse. It would be great for fastcgi users to have those same features.

I'm way too tired, of course this is in khttp_fcgi_init.
