FFFFFF white text against #e21836 red overlay needs a drop shadow to

improve legibility. This applies wherever this appears throughout the site

-please add drop shadow with these settings: box-shadow: 0px 2px 4px 0px #000000 25%; to the following pages: • Geotechnical • Environmental • Water Resources • Civil Design • Construction Services • privacy policy • possibilities

-take off the drop shadow from the red box

for possibilities I meant "https://www.geiconsultants.com/careers/possibility/" but it looks like the style was applied there. thanks!
