Required steps before continuing:

[x] Decide which frontend UI frameworks to utilise
[x] Decide the page layout, multiple ways to do it
[x] Decide how the flash cards will work, e.g. Duolingo style or Anki style.

These will be discussed during the 2024-09-10 Sprint 2 meeting.
