Identify SWADE core rules is enabled #9

When enabling the SWADE core rules, the module should either prompt me or automatically disable the default system items. I already have the core rules that include item descriptions, I prefer not to use the default system items that lack descriptions.

For me is something that I always need to do. Doesn't make sense allow to use those default items since I have items with full description.

I just saw this option in the config.
