Add global variables to disable default mappings based on buffer type #263

Added new global variables to grant ability to disable only part of default mappings.

Reason: Some default mappings could conflict with existing mappings. You may want to define your own mappings for specific buffer type (like sql buffers) and keep default mappings for other buffers (in this case it's DBUI and DBOUT) without redefining them in your config.
