tracking params menu tooltips #216

All items in the tracking parameters have tooltips (if you hover for a moment), which makes it hard to reach the drop down menus (tooltips are specific to dropdown menu items). And they mostly just repeat the name of the item or the info in the bottom field. Maybe only tool tips on left column? Or just text box at bottom? A couple other tracking params menu items:

  1. It would nice if one could change the size of the menu, ie see all parameters at once.
  2. Longer text descriptions in 'parameter visualization' like type -> two landmark are cutoff on linux.

I second this -- it makes it super hard to change the values.
