APT doesn't save DL predictions in lbl file #290

Is this the final state? If so, we should warn user when they are closing a project if they have 'new' DL tracking predictions that they should export if they want to keep. I find it a bit confusing because 1. CPR stores tracking in project, so i would naively assume that DL predictions will be saved too, and 2. Projects remember that you've imported trk results and shows imported predictions that next time you load.

Also - it asks me to resave my project because 'new frames tracked since...' which if they aren't being saved in project is just confusing...

Good points, anyone/everyone please weigh in with thoughts

Maybe another option in between "don't save anything" and "always save everything" is to enable saving of selected tracking results to a project at user's discretion, eg "keep these tracking results in the project under label/tag \<somethingInformative>, similar to https://github.com/kristinbranson/APT/wiki/Multiple-Tracking-Results-Comparison. This would be in addition to trkfile export

I think we don't need to give the user fine level control in this situation. So either save all or none would be fine.
