first point in sequential can't be occluded #325

In GT mode, labeling in sequential mode, if you mark the first point as occluded (via holding down the shift key while clicking), it doesn't register as occluded. if you clear and repeat, then it will take it. and the subsequent points can be occluded without clearing. This is not true in regular labeling mode.

as of 3/31/20 this is no longer true in my hands (in linux)
