[ ] tracking probably shouldn't run if flip pairs haven't been set and a flip is selected? check and error message?

[ ] trackGetParams and trackSetParams should copy and import flip pair settings.

discussed possible enforcement of flip specification in UI (tracking parameters, flip UI etc). could require every point to be "accounted for" including 'centerline' pts
