I ran into two functions (pdist2 and pca) that have the same names in MATLAB and in Piotr Dollar's toolbox (I believe Piotr's names were first, historically), thus causing functions that are expecting the MATLAB version to fail (e.g. fitcknn). I realize I should keep my paths clean, but just thought I would mention it.
