Path macros: enable "on the fly" macro-ization on new platform #393

In the original Path Macros workflow, it was possible to open a project where paths are incorrect (eg on a second machine or new platform) and macro-ize the project "on the fly". Currently on project load APT requests clarification/specification of all 'missing' movies without an opportunity to macro-ize.

Maybe add another option to the dialogs to enable macro-ization along with manual location of movies.

I like this idea! I think this would make it a much more accessible feature (without having to add menu items). Alice
