add beidou rapid orbits #178

it would be nice if someone would add orbits from this group to rinex2snr, as it would be likely to have beidou in near real time. i believe our current default only has them available when the final orbit product is created.

please note that these files may be three days long - we need to make sure gnssrefl will accept them.

this feature has been added. use -orb wum2
