invsnr not working properly? #203

it sure doesn't look like it has as many tracks as it used to. I do not believe I have changed anything in it for ages - would have to investigate if there was a PR. Maybe an inadvertent change to a library.

How the pk2nlim (peak 2 noise) was calculated was changed last summer. Unfortunately the default value used in the code was not, so almost nothing was making it through. As of version 1.9.0, I have changed it from 4 to 2.5, so invsnr should work again. NEVERTHELESS, you should not assume this calculation is the same as gnssrefl, as the RH limits are used for slightly different purposes.
