typos in the notebooks #218

you need to specify gnss orbits when you translate the rinex files. otherwise, you will ask for results that do not exist.

rhdot is no longer required for subdaily (it is the default)

at01 typo on rinex files to doy 390

it says you will set an outlier criterion for subdaily, but i don't see that you did that.
