Default layout in UI #15

Möjlighet att speca default layouter. Ev kopplat till en viss modelltyp.

Also connect this to each user. Maybe the first iteration is just that the last layout is saved (should probably not be saved in the model but in a user persistence).

In the next step we can add general layouts that can be shared between users.
