We should include roots under all items. Maybe have all items in separate window?

I think we need some clean up in explorer:

the tree to a directive to be able to use in other places
simplify the update of changes by moving out the all items node
...

Fixed some of the problems with the tree. But we still need to fix some performance problems, update the selection bug (marked is not always selected) as well as create the tree as a directive. Also Drag n drop is not very good.
