GUI: Standardize appearence, create visual sub-components #75

Easy to use graphical components for buttons, tables etc. Eliminate the need to specify class and appearance when creating new standard components inside a widget.

Components (add more)

[x] Button Clickable
[x] Button DropDown (inheritance?)
[ ] Table
[ ] widget top bar

EDIT: Fallback to bootstrap as much as possible, no styles has been removed.
