what is up with that .... I think there may be a bug by way of the stitcher not being done with the stitching prior to the downloader starting.

I don't think that bug was hit this week, but I think it's possible.

Probably the best practice is to name it a temporary name until the file is completely written, then move it over to the real eventual name when done.

there was some total bullshit code that caused this ... found and fixed
