Merging targets -DMONROE and -DTARGET_NNE #30

field names are no longer represented by constants, but an array of strings.
nodeid is read from file iff nodeid_file parameter is given
adds an optional "project" configuration parameter to zmq input to switch from default field names (and fields) to monroe field names
target -DMONROE is removed, -DTARGET_NNE still has to be removed

currently fails during runtime with: [15:08:44 05/05/2017]: Dump prepare failed: near "(": syntax error

when built with cmake ../data-exporter -DNNE=1 -DSQLITE3=1 -DZEROMQ=1 -DGPSD=1 -DGPS_NSB=1 -DMUNIN=1 -DSYSEVENT=1 && make
